Greater Cincinnati VOTF and the local Survivor Network have had numerous calls and inquiries over the past weeks surrounding the recent events in the local community especially following reports about Fr. Geoff Drew. This action is being taken to help the community better understand and address the challenges of child sexual abuse.
This event will be a collaboration with local non-profits that serve children and families and adult survivors of abuse. We are offering a open forum to educate and advocate about the issues. There will be a panel of representatives from SNAP, Cincinnati VOTF, Connections: A Safe Place and The Family Nurturing Center to address questions from the attendees.
Materials and resources will be available as well as options for how adults in the community can get involved.
